Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Responsible for leading Operations Support functions across the EMUS organization, with primary oversight of Quality Management (including QC/QA), Information Technology Systems, and Regulatory Compliance. This role partners with all levels of the business, including executive leadership, expatriate management, internal stakeholders, and global ETRIA teams, to ensure operational excellence, quality performance, system effectiveness, and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs existing processes, monitors performance, and makes recommendations to improve business performance in the areas of Quality, IT and Compliance with goal to maximize corporate value and profit.
  • Quality Control management - works with all areas of operations and business planning members to follow established quality control system. Conduct reviews and develop new activities to reduce quality risk by working with process owners to improve stability in all areas of the operations.
  • Quality Assurance - Analyzes and assesses past performance by reviewing data, identifying trends, and developing new activity to reduce re-occurring issues. Point of contact with all external customers to support and correct any customer satisfaction issues. Provides feedback to top management and makes recommendations based on data analysis.
  • IT Systems - Support all areas of the business by providing support on existing IT systems and developing new systems based on business requirements. Provide top management with regular assessments and recommendations based on working with IT manager.
  • Compliance and Corporate governance: works with REI compliance department to manage and review compliance systems such as ISO, SOX, Quality systems.
  • General Analysis/ Reporting - performs complex analyses of special topics as needed based on top management direction. Creates summary reports on monthly, quarterly, term and/or annual basis, presents and makes recommendations as needed to top management.
  • ETRIA Japan communications - supports local business planning department and business planning expat to communicate with key ECL/Prod Division members, communicate and exchange information, and carry out global direction as needed to meet financial and business objectives for the company.
