Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Clinic Regional Director, the Quality Improvement (QI) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervisory oversight of the clinical and technical accuracy of the clinical records. The QI Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for implementing and monitoring data collection and aggregation of the data as related to the analysis of various clinical record indicators.

The QI Clinical Supervisor is a detail oriented, organized, and energetic self-starter who displays flexibility and openness throughout their work. This individual works diligently to meet deadlines and works well under pressure. This individual teaches, motivates and inspires staff to apply clinical knowledge while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in the clinical record.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in the behavioral sciences field.
  • License - one of the following: Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • If not licensed - registered with the California Board of Behavior Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or an Associate Social Worker.
  • Experience - a minimum of two years as a clinician in a behavioral health field.
  • Ability to interact professionally with other disciplines and staff at Penny Lane and within the community.
  • Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge of individual, group and family therapy.
  • Advanced knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses and treatment interventions.
  • Ability to work as part of a management team under the direct supervision of the IS/Clinic Regional Director.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to perform multi-task requirements related to business needs.
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must score a minimum of 88% on the QI Documentation Test in Relias.
  • Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location: North Hills, CA

Salary Range: $77,000 up to $88,908 per year

Hybrid work schedule and service delivery via telehealth available.

Flexible schedules are available upon successful completion of introductory period.

Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
