About the job: You will own development of programs including strategy and development of integrated cross-channel campaigns to increase customer engagement, conversion and retention. You will work cross-functionally across our Testing-Quality Engineering Practice to build fully integrated programs while ensuring best practices are implemented and optimized.

- Bringing thought leadership, someone who can talk with CXO level on trends, innovation, vision and what is happening in marketplace.
- Defining the strategy around Testing and what is important to the success of the business. Translating business goals into a holistic plan (short term goals and longer-term strategic initiatives).
- Selling and delivering technology solutions around Testing including Test Data Management (TDM), Test Automation, Mobile Test and Performance Test.
- Business development experience including presales, leading pursuits, relationship building, complex agreements with customers and partners; someone who is passionate about sales and has a track record of closing deals and protecting and increasing margins.
- Overseeing the analysis and research around Testing, collaborating with teams.
- Possess a large network in market and across relevant product vendors.
- Overseeing delivery of strategic engagements, helping the in-budget management, operational plans, solution architecture, delivery plans, staffing and global delivery.
- Leading teams and facilitating communication between staff, management, vendors and other technology resources within and outside of the organization.
- Organizing practice events, providing regular practice updates.
- Developing opportunities for growth and professional development for practice members and counselees.
- An understanding of career aspirations of practice members and how to help them grow in the practice.
What you will bring:- 15+ years of consulting and business experience defining and executing strategies; 10+ years of experience across the t esting/Quality Engineering.
- Blend of Delivery and Business Development background.
- Experience working in Global Delivery model, especially dealing with remote teams offshore.
- Strong Test Automation and technical skills.
- Consulting Delivery: deliver billable consulting services for Testing to regional accounts, provide delivery leadership to projects.
- Strong experience of leading large testing accounts >100+ resources in a global delivery model.
- Expertise setting up Test Governance and delivery oversight.
- Sales and Pre-Sales: lead discussions related to various trends and thought leadership with business and IT executives, close new business and expand existing accounts, help close both small and long-term business deals.
- Experience with sales and/or delivery in Sogeti targeted sectors: Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail, Distribution, Transportation, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and/or General Business Services.
- Pursuit Leadership: assist AEs with developing presentations, pricing models, proposals and SOWs for opportunities.
- Practice Leadership: mentor consultants in the practice, lead development of thought leadership in various aspects of Testing-Digital Assurance & Quality Engineering.
- A seller/doer/leader personality comfortable performing well in all three aspects of practice management: Sales, Delivery and Practice Management.
Education:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
