  • Act as an escalation point for proposal execution issues, resource conflicts, or delivery risks, working with managers to resolve them.
  • Support the development of compelling proposal content related to electrical utility infrastructure projects, including transmission, distribution, substations, underground and overhead power systems, and renewable energy initiatives.
  • Support the continuous improvement of proposal tools, templates, processes, and workflows through feedback and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate closely with Proposal Managers, Business Development, Estimating, Operations, and Content teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Contribute to team engagement and retention by fostering a collaborative, accountable, and development-focused team environment.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Familiarity with electrical utility infrastructure projects, including transmission, distribution, substations, underground and overhead electrical systems, renewable energy, or related markets is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence providing direction, feedback, and coaching.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with bid portals is required.
