Position Summary
We have a current vacancy for a Proposals Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM) who is responsible and accountable for the estimating of the assigned work package, how it feeds into the business and all associated governance aspects in order to ensure successful project execution. The role will demand an individual with highly developed communication and influencing skills. Additionally, technical depth and domain experience will be required to ensure Thales delivers the project to the schedule, cost and quality requirements and to the satisfaction of the customer. The ability to lead and motivate an integrated technical team will be key to the success and execution of the work.
For this position, the EDM will work with the growth team to put together all the estimates and proposals for new business. The range of projects is vast and will require someone with strong engineering and project management fundamentals.

Special Position Requirements
The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) $140,000 - $170,000 CAD Annual.
This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
