Description
The Proposal Manager facilitates the management and procurement of plan designs and pricing proposals from our carrier partners. Analyzing the insurance policies from multiple carriers, defining each difference between the carriers.
Role Responsibilities:
• Maintain all documents from carriers
• Manage all open quote requests
• Point of contact with carriers on all open quotes
• Manage the renewal process
• Manage the creation of proposal documents
• Secure pricing from the carriers for open quotes
• Secure pricing from the carriers for renewal quotes
• Help the Sales Team in understanding the product provided by the carrier
Requirements
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Firm understanding of the Group Insurance market
• Must be proficient in excel/PowerPoint and have good organizational, time
management, and critical thinking skills.
• Strategic product positioning and financial analysis
• Cross-functional collaboration with teams
• Contract negotiation and client presentations
• Medicare regulatory expertise
• Adaptability and leadership
Preferred:
• 3 Years' Experience Proposals/Insurance
