Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Proposal Analyst Stf for the Proposal Development Team. Our team is responsible for developing, planning, and scheduling proposals in alignment with federal acquisition regulations and internal policies.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Proposal Analyst Stf you will be responsible for leading the estimating effort on complex proposals, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical elements are integrated and compliant.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, plan, and schedule proposals in compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
- Lead cost, schedule, and technical integration for proposal development.
- Perform financial modeling, including cash flow, NPV, and IRR analyses.
- Coordinate collection of cost, schedule, and performance data from functional teams.
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior analysts.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Knowledge and experience of the proposal process, Risk Mitigation, Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain
- Previous experience implementing change to improve processes
- Familiar with Bill of Material (BOM)
- Previous experience managing multiple proposals and/or projects simultaneously, and adhering to Program deadlines
- Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations
- Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
- Ability to lead others
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel
Desired Skills- Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin
- Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR
- Ability to multi-task

- Basis of Estimate writing experience
- Negotiation experience
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P)

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
