Project Team LeaderWhat You'll Do:- Lead and inspire a team of water/wastewater professionals, keeping a pulse on team morale and engagement and fostering engagement, collaboration, and technical excellence
- Oversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and operational activities to support the successful delivery of water/wastewater projects
- Mentor and develop technical staff and managers, promoting high-quality work that meets safety, schedule, and budget expectations
- Directly manage water/wastewater projects of varying size and complexity-from planning and proposals through execution and closeout
- Monitor project financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support business practice goals
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership and project teams, sharing performance updates, milestones, and successes
- Champion quality control, risk management, and project audits to ensure reliable, compliant, and resilient water/wastewater solutions
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required; including technical leadership and project management experience
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas
- Proven success as a leader-strategic, technically astute, and client-focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred
- Deep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
- Strong background in business development and client relationships
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and build relationships across the company
- Strong experience with project budgeting and financial oversight

Salary Range:$180,000 - $210,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
