WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience with an emphasis on multifamily and mixed-use project work
- Experience in project leadership, consultant coordination, and team collaboration
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes, technical documentation, and construction standards
- Experience with podium-type building construction
- Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting established deadlines
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to all phases of project delivery, including construction administration
- Understanding of both wood and concrete building systems
- Track record of leadership, coaching, or mentoring within project teams
- Desire to continue growing into senior leadership roles within a design-focused firm
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented culture that values design excellence
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Pay: $90,000-$110,000 annually
