Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, or similar tools
Strong understanding of contracts, submittals, RFIs, and QA/QC processes
Excellent communication skills for managing challenging client conversations
Experience with cost tracking, scheduling, and change order management
Highly organized and results-driven with strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact between customers and internal departments
Establish and enforce clear expectations among all stakeholders
Develop and manage deliverables and milestone schedules
Lead project planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation efforts
Manage the submittal process and coordinate with engineering
