Project Scope

The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and delivers Reliant projects supporting Liquid CO2 and Dry Ice production facilities across the U.S., guiding work from early planning through commissioning, closeout, and warranty resolution.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead internal kickoffs; partner with Sales/Engineering during FEED reviews to confirm scope and execution approach.
- Set priorities, schedules, budgets, and documentation requirements; maintain submittals, delivery tracking, meeting minutes, and action logs.
- Secure and administer prime contracts; negotiate and manage subcontract agreements, changed conditions, and scope changes.
- Coordinate procurement with purchasing to meet specifications, schedule dates, and cost targets.
- Track financial performance with forecasts, monthly reporting, contract valuations, billing approvals, retention, and invoice processing.
- Support start-up/commissioning with operations; ensure ASME and quality-control compliance; lead warranty resolution.

How Your Day Flows

You'll start onsite by checking open items across active facility work-submittals awaiting review, long-lead deliveries, and any schedule constraints. Mid-morning is typically spent aligning stakeholders through brief coordination calls, then updating project controls so the team has a current picture of cost, progress, and documentation status. Afternoons often shift to commercial touchpoints: reviewing contract language, confirming billable milestones, and validating invoices against work completed. As commissioning approaches, your focus becomes tighter-verifying turnover packages are complete, ensuring required records are organized for Technical Services, and staying available to resolve field questions quickly so work can move safely and efficiently to closeout.
