HGA is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Owner's Engineer to support a portfolio of combined cycle (CT/CCGT) power generation projects in West Texas and Minnesota. This role will provide critical oversight on multiple projects currently spanning engineering and construction phases, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, and budgets. The selected candidate will act as a key interface between the Owner and EPC contractor, delivering technical and project management expertise across all project stages.

Lead or support project management (PM) and construction management (CM) activities, cost controls and forecasting, and schedule development, tracking, and reporting
Conduct and support engineering design reviews and technical evaluations and constructability assessments
Manage and evaluate change control processes and risk identification and mitigation strategies
Provide regular reporting on project performance, risks, and key milestones
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
