Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to work as a member of the Production Operations Team. As a member of the Production Operations Team, you will work with business and systems teams to define and scope project requirements, develop project planning and presentation materials, manage budgets, and oversee project execution and tracking. As a Project Manager you will be involved in all stages of the projects at a hands-on level as well as management of the people and projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project work plans taking into account resource schedules, pre-determined milestones and task dependencies
• Provide routine and consistent status reporting to senior management and business sponsors
• Plan and coordinate project schedules and makes project assignments
• Work directly with the user community for project definition and can articulate business information to the group
• Identify and influence stakeholders on all issues related to the project
• Partner with the business community to provide internal and external rollout strategy to ensure business communication needs are met
• Provide integrated oversight and controls from initial project assessment through launch ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget
• Adhere to financial guidelines including project budgets, billing, etc.
• Build partnership relationships within and across the systems and business units
• Initiate discussions with users or external groups to define projects and resolve issues
• Responsible for understanding and handling change management impacts

Qualifications
• 7-10+ years of technical project management experience in systems development or IT project management
• Fidelity experience is a plus
• In-depth understanding and experience with development methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must possess the ability to combine functional, technical, and project management expertise
Flexible attitude that enables the individual to deal comfortably with changing priorities
• Experience in demonstrating leadership, influence and collaboration in a matrix-managed environment across multiple and diverse groups
• PMP Certification preferred
