Job Description
- Managing team of contractor support personnel
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operations involving complex, interrelated tasks
- Maintains senior-level client interface
- Formulates and reviews task plans and deliverables
- Ensures schedule and cost control
- Establishes and maintains technical and financial reporting
- Delegates responsibilities and oversees successful task completion
- Must acknowledge communications as soon as possible, with responses provided within 24 hours (during normal business hours)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred related field)
- 5+ years program/project management support experience including but not limited to the following activities:
- Day-to-day supervision and management of Contractor personnel and assignments.
- On-site supervision for Contractor personnel.
- Coordination of on-the-job training for new Contractor personnel as applicable.
- Periodic training of Contractor personnel to include responsibility for completing all required training o mandated for GAO Contractors.
- Scheduling of Contractor personnel.
- On-site quality control of work performed by Contractor personnel
