Role Summary
The Project Manager provides IT project management support for up to 10 projects of
varying size and complexity. The role ensures adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
while applying Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies. The PM maintains project
documentation, tracks risks and issues, manages approved changes, and reports project
status to leadership. The PM supports PMO governance and uses tools such as MS
Project, Teams Planner/Planner Premium, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other PPM
dashboards.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Work with USCP OIS staff to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Assist stakeholders in defining project scope and objectives
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, requirements,
communications, agendas)
• Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues
• Manage approved changes to scope, schedule, and cost
• Report project status to management and stakeholders
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
• Monitor project performance using MS Project, Teams Planner/Planner Premium,
SharePoint, ServiceNow
• Support PMO governance by coordinating internal reviews and tracking completion
of findings
Professional Experience
• Minimum five (10) years managing IT projects of varying size and complexity,
including enterprise-level initiatives
• Demonstrated experience applying Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience using MS Project, Teams Planner/Planner Premium, SharePoint,
ServiceNow, or similar PPM dashboards
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP certification (required)
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM required)
Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
