Qualifications

• Experience managing substation or utility projects in mission critical or hyperscale markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software is beneficial.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively, committing to long-term onsite projects including field support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a phase of complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects exceeding $500K up to $20M.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations throughout all phases from proposal to completion.
• Prioritize and enforce safety performance on all project sites and operations.
• Foster effective communication among project teams, field personnel, and clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices in project management.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and technical challenges as necessary.
