Responsibilities
This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.
Required Skills & Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience
- Proven Business Development Experience
- Leadership and mentoring of project team
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D
- Proficient in ICPR4
- Technical competency in roadway, utilities grading and drainage design, permitting, and construction administration
- Florida Professional Engineering license
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to work and manage in a team environment
