What you will accomplish with us- Lead complex, multi-phase projects from concept to construction.
- Manage schedule, budget, and resources.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
- Act as primary client contact.
- Ensure compliance with Quebec codes and standards.
- Oversee construction and resolve technical issues.
- Manage risks, contracts, and project performance.
- Support business development initiatives.
QualificationsWhat you need- Bachelor's degree in interior design completed.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including significant experience in project management (multi-phase, multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management, scheduling, issue assessment, risk management, etc.).
- Experience in managing budgets and timelines.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients, developers, etc.).
- Proficiency in Revit (a strong asset).
- Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments.
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.
