Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Fairfax, VA

Position Status: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $90,000-$120,000

Overview: Our client, a prominent commercial construction contractor, is looking for a Project Manager for a full-time position based out of Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects. This includes managing relevant employees, setting deadlines, communicating with company executives about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.

Essential Functions:

Manage Projects and Assignments Simultaneously

Estimate time and materials needed to complete projects

Communicate effectively with clients and team

Maintain and track project budgets and schedules

Requirements:

2+ years of Interior Commercial Construction Experience

3 years of Project Management Experience

Ability to read blueprints and manufacturer's specs

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Proficient in project management software and tools

Located or willing to relocate to the Fairfax, VA, Area

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA 30 Certification
