Project Manager - Electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in construction or electrical project management.
• Thorough understanding of industrial electrical and control systems.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project submittals and manage buyout of materials and subcontracts.
• Prepare and update the project schedule in collaboration with superintendents.
• Analyze labor productivity and efficiency throughout the project with superintendents.
• Generate monthly and weekly reports as required.
• Maintain accurate financial records including change orders and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards through field staff oversight.
• Complete project close-out documents and communicate with customers as needed.
