Full Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous products under development including but not limited to prototype programs and production site transfers. Apply now!

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that the right product is developed to meet or exceed company's quality standard and is delivered at the right time.
  • Leads program teams and facilitates the communication and interaction among the functional representatives.
  • Tracks program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis.
  • Leads with members of production and engineering staff to solve problems associated with design and manufacturing of products.
  • Develops and implements recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
  • Coordinates with customers, through marketing and sales, to provide necessary program status and obtain customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in a manufacturing, technical environment is desired.

Physical Demands:
  • Mostly office-based but may spend some time standing and walking on production floor or dev. lab.
  • May be required to operate a computer as well as some production machinery and lab equipment.
  • Occasionally may have to lift and/or transport items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds.
