Project Executive (HVAC)

San Ramon, CA | Full-Time

At Legacy Mechanical, we9re looking for a driven Project Executive who can lead both people and projects from preconstruction through completion while helping grow long-term customer relationships. 10+ years of industry experience would be appropriate for this role.

What You9ll Do

Lead Projects
  • Supervise and mentor team members and help build a strong, accountable culture
  • Manage HVAC/mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Own project financial performance, schedules, labor, and material budgets
  • Coordinate design reviews, submittals, procurement, permits, and document control
  • Track and manage change orders, billings, and forecasting
  • Partner with field teams, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities
  • Contribute to annual sales and revenue growth goals
  • Support monthly forecasting and revenue planning
  • Support recruiting, mentoring, and team development efforts
