Your Key Responsibilities- Define project targets and scope together with experts, translating client requirements into practical solution concepts.
- Take ownership of project delivery across all relevant steps, milestones, gateways, and resources.
- Coordinate lessons learned, project reviews, and proper documentation to secure continuous improvement.
- Lead project team members functionally and align external service providers, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain transparency through clear KPIs and proactively involve relevant stakeholders when project targets are at risk.
Your Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience in managing projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Confident handling of KPIs, documentation, and project governance
- Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented working style
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
