Location & MobilityWe are conducting this search nationally.
Candidates may live anywhere in Canada; however, successful leaders must be willing to travel regularly to Ontario and maintain a meaningful on-site presence with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
This is not a fully remote leadership role.
The most successful Project Directors are visible, engaged, and actively connected to the projects and people they lead. While flexibility exists, candidates should expect to spend significant time in Ontario supporting project execution and team development.
