OverviewPosition SummaryThis role is for someone who wants to lead, not just produce. We're an integrated architecture and development team working on multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects across New Jersey, and we're looking for a Project Architect who wants to own their work from concept through construction administration. The right candidate brings strong Revit skills, a practical command of local codes and zoning, and a sharp instinct for how design decisions play out in the field.
This is a fast-paced environment where no two projects look alike and cross-disciplinary collaboration is constant. The leadership here is hands-on and experienced - expect direct feedback, real autonomy, and genuine investment in your growth. The best people on this team don't wait to be told what to do; they anticipate problems, drive solutions, and raise the standard around them. Licensure is preferred but not a hard requirement for the right candidate.
