Program Manager, RN - Crisis Residence

Crisis Residence • Philadelphia, PA • Full-time

This is a combined position: the Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the residence and serves as the registered nurse on the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of the program and supervise unit staff, including Psych Techs.
  • Evaluate and assess clients for admission, and complete intake assessments for new admissions.
  • Provide nursing care, including vital signs, symptom assessment, and medication administration records.
  • Manage medical and medication goals within clients' treatment plans, and serve as liaison with physicians.
  • Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention.
  • Conduct concurrent reviews with CBH and complete all required documentation.
  • Link clients with social service, housing, and health resources.
  • Participate in on-call coverage.

Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania R.N. license.
  • Master's degree in a Human Services-related field.
  • Two to four years of psychiatric crisis experience.
  • Experience working with chronically mentally ill adults, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Acceptable PA criminal history, FBI clearance, and Child Abuse clearance prior to hire.

Schedule and Compensation
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with on-call coverage.
  • Salary: $105,000 to $110,000.
  • Location: 801 West Girard Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.
