Responsibilitie

The Planning & Supply team of the Service Supply Chain is responsible for the hardware rental management; planning, supply and reverse management for spare parts; large-scale decommissioning project management; and resource recycling solutions and operations. Our business spans multiple regions worldwide, focusing on servers and its spare parts. Our operational management objectives are to ensure efficient delivery of servers, after-sales spare parts support, and maximize value creation from end-of-life resource recycling. By joining this team, you will integrate into the supply chain domain of hyperscale data center hardware infrastructure. You will experience the hardware resource management philosophy behind a massive server fleet, the unique value of the after-sales supply chain, and innovation opportunities driven by continuous optimization and transformation. We are looking for a self-motivated planning expert who is experienced in server related planning or life cycle management. You will be responsible for planning and execution management of different scenarios. Your core responsibilities will include: - Responsible for aging inventory review and disposal process at RDC in non-China regions: conduct periodic reviews of inventory health, identify aging inventory disposal requests, apply and monitoring the delivery - Focus on hardware end-of-life (EOL) lifecycle, seek optimization of resource disposition solutions and value recovery enhancement, and increase internal reuse opportunities for hardware resources - Lead large-scale decommissioning projects across non-China countries; serve as Project Manager (PM) to coordinate cross-functional teams in developing decommissioning execution plans, and provide support and management for decommissioning execution progress, processes, and outcomes. Support and coordinate component resource reuse requirements within decommissioning projects - Responsible for proactive disassembly and spare parts repair operations in Europe and the United States. Develop production and delivery plans for disassembly and repair based on spare parts demand, coordinate cross-functional support for implementation, and achieve on-time fulfillment of disassembled spare parts. - Support local implementation, execution, and cross-functional collaboration of supply chain projects in Europe and the United State

Qualification

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management, Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and other related majors - Familiar with basic office and supply chain management tools, capable of independent data sorting, progress tracking and report output. - Have cognition of data center infrastructure supply chain business, familiar with the planning and delivery process of server, switch, spare parts, and understand the basic logic of planning and inventory management - Strict and meticulous in work, patient and responsible, able to balance repetitive operational work and phased project work, with strong task execution. - Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications - At least 3 years of experience in Service supply chain related job. - Experienced in datahall decommission projects. - Excellent cross-department and internal & external communication and coordination capabilities, able to efficiently dock multi-party stakeholders. - Strong logical and structured thinking skills - Experienced in hardware planning and inventory management, project management is preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
