Ignite Digital is seeking an experienced and mission-focused Program Manager to support a US Navy/US Marine Corps program office in the National Capital Region. This onsite role requires a DoW Secret clearance and a proven record of directing complex, multi-task technical and professional service programs. The Program Manager will lead distributed teams, maintain senior-level customer relationships, and ensure the successful execution of all contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize, direct, and manage contract operations and support functions involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Lead and manage contract support teams across multiple government and contractor locations.
- Serve as the senior customer interface, maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders within the Navy/USMC program office.
- Meet regularly with customer and contractor personnel to develop, refine, and monitor task plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Ensure program activities conform to established cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
- Develop, implement, and enforce rigorous work standards and operational procedures.
- Oversee quality assurance activities and communicate organizational goals, objectives, and policies.
- Provide financial management oversight, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
- Supervises and directs staff daily, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and contract specifications.
Required Experience:- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- In lieu of a Master's degree; Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing and directing professional service programs, including work in one or more of the following technical domains:
- Strategic planning
- Concept development and requirements analysis
- Systems design, engineering, and integration
- Test and evaluation
- Integrated logistics support (ILS)
- Acquisition and life cycle management
- Systems engineering disciplines
- Active DoW Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and complex programs within DoW environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with senior government stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Navy or Marine Corps enterprise systems and programs (preferred).
Salary: $155k+ to align with education and experience.
