Role SummaryProgram Managers are internal operational leads for enterprise clients. • Participate in meetings with clients to bring a clear point of view on program design, delivery options, and tradeoffs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client program owners and sponsors in partnership with Customer Success Managers, so clients collaborate with a consistent, knowledgeable delivery partner.
