Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Integratorto support our Huntsville, AL location.

The Program Integrator supporting Advanced C-UAS Effects (ACE) Project Office ensures seamless integration across functional areas within the Product Office and synchronizes activities with supporting Project Management (PM) and Product Management (PdM) Offices, as well as external organizations. This role manages highly complex integration efforts spanning multiple technical disciplines, logistics concepts, and systemofsystems interfaces. The Program Integrator coordinates Government matrixed support and contractor teams to define interoperability requirements, align program tasks, and evaluate progress against program plans. The position supports senior leaders through analysis, planning, and decisionquality products; facilitates crossorganizational collaboration; identifies and mitigates programmatic and technical risks; and ensures effective implementation of program direction across all concurrent technical efforts.

Duties:

  • Program Integration - Coordinate and integrate technical, programmatic, and logistics activities across PM ACE, supporting PM/PdM offices, and external organizations to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Synchronize efforts across Government matrix support, contractor teams, and other Service partners to define interoperability requirements, validate interfaces, and maintain cohesive execution.
  • Systems & Interface Validation -Verify and validate system interfaces and integration points from technical, architectural, and logistics perspectives to support systemofsystems design.
  • Program Analysis & Risk Management - Collect and analyze program data to assess schedule and technical performance, identify risk areas, determine root causes of issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Tasking & Senior Leader Support- Manage taskings and deliverables; prepare seniorlevel briefings, information papers, and reports; support IPTs and leadership engagements with decisionquality products.
Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Army, Joint, or DoD program/project management, integration, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition, program management, or systems integration processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
  • Experience with task management tools, data visualization, or knowledge management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience developing and presenting senior-level briefings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have a current drivers license.
  • Travel: 10%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Masters degree preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting Army PM/PdM offices or acquisition organizations.
  • Background in systems engineering, interoperability, or logistics integration for complex defense programs.
  • Familiarity with Fires, C5ISR, or related mission areas.
  • Experience working in PEO Missiles & Space, RCCTO, or similar organizations.
