Full Job Description
DigiFlight is seeking a Program Support Specialist supporting International Apache (IA) within the Apache Attack Helicopter Project Management Office (AAH-PMO) based in the Huntsville, AL area. Candidates should have excellent program management, organizational, and communication skills with experience in Foreign Military Sales. An ideal candidate should have experience with Army Acquisition, be highly motivated, a self-starter, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education and General Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree is desired and a minimum of 13 years' experience (an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be used in lieu of degree).
• Knowledge of Apache AH-64 attack helicopters and their systems, subsystems and components
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required.

Job Duties:

Manages the Poland AH-64E supply chain program ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are established and executed to ensure on time delivery of material to support the Poland Apache production program. Oversee and leads efforts in tracking and managing of equipment and property (calibration, turn-in, loss, damage, or theft, and repair and return) associated with the Poland AH-64D/E Apache program, to include shipments of materiel from OEMs to the Boeing production facility, repair and return items, and shipments of materiel to and from the Huntsville Consolidation Point, Freight Forwarder, and final destination(s) in-country.
• Serve as program support for the AH-64D/E aircraft for IA.
• Assess and derive Customer-Country unique helicopter product verification requirements
• Oversees and leads efforts in tracking and managing shipments associated with the AH-64D/E Poland case.
• Oversee and lead efforts in management of equipment and property
• Serves as the Poland AH-64D/E program SME related to day-to-day supply and logistical operation s
• Coordinates and executes routine visits and inventory audits of the Consolidation points
• Input and track requisitions through the SCIP and CMA systems
• Responsible for oversight of kitting procedures to ensure on time support of AH-64E Poland production efforts
• Coordinates with Country representatives to ensure approval of recommended material solutions / consolidates spare parts procurement efforts
• Provides day to day oversight of support contractor personnel, ensuring efficient operation of the Poland AH-64E consolidation point
• Brief and / or prepare briefings for Senior Level Officers
• Provide support in determining the overall strategy for FMS customer requirements and communicating the resulting strategy to all relevant stakeholders
• Perform program assessments of contract and case deliverables and provide recommendations for approval/disapproval, to include assisting with approval/disapproval memos for associated deliverables
• Review and analyze case requirements and information, provide input into strategy options, researching available capabilities, documenting strategy decisions, and developing briefings and other material necessary to communicate the strategy
• Manage, analyze, document, and track project cost, schedule, performance, and risks
• Plan, advise, coordinate, execute, communicate and control PM managed lines on FMS cases through all phases of the case life cycle
• Prepare and execute case management plans to ensure the case objectives are achieved
• Integrate and synchronize supporting functions (obsolescence, logistics, SRD, PM Apache SME, etc) for their assigned case lines
• Interface with, and brief, customer-chain (e.g., SAMD, USASAC, DASA-DE&C, DSCA, State Dept., Embassy, and Customer-Country) representatives
