Full Job Description
Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)

As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily production operations to ensure manufacturing runs safely, efficiently, and in line with established quality and production standards. This role is responsible for leading production staff, supporting a high-performing team environment, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production volume and quality to ensure specifications and performance targets are met.
  • Adjust resources and workflows to improve efficiency and resolve production issues.
  • Review operational metrics such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.
  • Manage employee performance in areas including safety, quality, attendance, and overall job performance.
  • Foster positive employee relations and support a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Help develop and implement new processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Supervise staff to ensure production tasks are completed safely and effectively.
  • Support departmental performance while operating within budget requirements.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of progressive manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.


Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$83,600.00 - $151,479.99
