Your Superpowers- Deep Industry Craft: 4+ years of customer-facing SaaS experience in Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Implementation, or LMS Administration with hands-on platform configuration expertise.
- Relentless Curiosity & Problem-Solving: A natural instinct to ask the deeper questions, bypass surface-level requests to uncover root business needs, and craft practical, high-value workarounds when others hit a wall.
- Technical Fluency: A solid working knowledge of foundational web and enterprise technologies-including HRIS/CRM ecosystems, basic APIs, iPaaS, HTML, and CSS.
- Magnetic Storytelling: Polished demo chops with the ability to bridge the gap between technical nuance and executive business value for diverse stakeholder audiences.
