OverviewAs a
Product Manager at Air-tek, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact enterprise software to top-tier global airlines. Working closely with a cross-functional scrum team, you will translate product vision into well-defined user stories and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable features in alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you will be expected to work a minimum of
three days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to support agile ceremonies, collaboration with stakeholders, and rapid iteration
What you will do- Serve as the Product Manager for one or more agile teams, maintaining and prioritizing a clear and actionable product backlog
- Break down epics into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and a strong definition of done
- Collaborate with product managers to align sprint-level priorities with the broader product roadmap
- Participate in and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights from users, clients, and internal teams
- Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to bring user-first enterprise products to life
- Ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned on product and sprint goal
- Support release and go-to-market activities in collaboration with the delivery and customer support teams
- Continuously refine backlog items to ensure clarity, feasibility, and business value
What we are looking or- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in agile/Scrum environments, preferably in B2B enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and deliver iterative product improvements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, delivery, and support
- Experience working on complex, enterprise-grade software projects with systems integration
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, SDLC, and modern delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Aha)
- Able to work collaboratively across functional lines and influence without authority
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Airline industry experience is an asset, but not required
- CSPO, PSPO or equivalent (or higher) is an asset, but not required

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000 annually. In addition to salary, new hires may be eligible to receive stock options. The salary range shared is intended as a guide; the final salary offered may vary based on factors including the experience and skillset of the candidate.
