Responsibilities

About the Role Take ownership of TikTok's user experience identification, analysis and optimization based on data analysis, AI tool construction and cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities - Responsible for the user experience of TikTok product, collaborating with the team to identify experience issues, develop optimization plans and strategies, and drive implementation in collaboration with core teams such as product, R&D, and algorithms. - Based on upstream product strategy iterations, product feature updates, and related rule updates within the business segment, proactively identify and address potential experience issues. - Establish good cooperative relationships and collaboration mechanisms with internal teams and external partners, promptly identify, follow up on, and drive the resolution of user requests related to product features. - Combine business needs with user feedback signals analysis to deep dive genuine user needs. - Collaborate with PM and leverage AI tools and intelligent solutions to monitor overall experience metrics, assess experience health levels, and identify latent experience issues in a timely manner. - Regularly review rules/products/strategies related to user experience, monitor overall experience data, assess experience levels, and promptly identify existing experience issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with more than three years of work experience, in-depth understanding and judgment of industry development, user experience, and competitor dynamics, with keen insight and analytical skills. - Empathy for user feedback and pain points, with good logical thinking and decomposition skills - Strong cross-functional coordination and collaboration skills, goal-oriented mindset, proactive in driving problem resolution and improvement. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working across multiple locations and timezones within global organizations. - Project management (PMO) experience preferred.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
