Position OverviewInternational is looking for Product Marketing Consultant. This individual works on the Power Products Team within Product Management in the Service Solutions organization. Product Management is a central and strategic group within Service Solutions that determines go-to-market strategies for the various service parts programs & needs of our Dealers and Customers. The Power Products Team manages over $1B or revenue across Engine, Aftertreatment, Exhaust, Drivetrain, Driveline, Cab & Frame, Bus, HVAC, and Engine Cooling.
Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities of this role are to own and manage the product strategy for International’s service parts categories for Bus, HVAC, and Engine Cooling.
- This position is accountable for the development and execution of product go-to-market plans to achieve incremental, profitable growth through collaboration with various internal teams at International and the International & IC Bus dealer network.Support International's aftermarket Private Label Brands strategy
- Work with cross-functional teams to initiate, manage, and execute new product launches
- Manage the product life cycle of current products
- Direct pricing strategies for current and future products
- Deliver revenue and margin by maintaining a KPI matrix and report results effectively to leadership
- Create promotional materials and develop strategies for go-to market success
- Collaborate with Sales, National Account Managers, and other internal and external resources to retrieve market feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage projects with focus on strategic goals and time requirements
- Gather data and conduct in-depth analysis of market share and look for areas for development
- Identify opportunities aligned with company strategies and sales targets
- Work closely with other product managers, marketing, and outside sales team to support private label brand
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
OR
- Master's degree and at least 1 year of marketing, sales or product-related experience
OR
- At least 5 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience

- Background in product management with proven record of meeting deadlines and executing growth plans
- Experience in marketing/brand management with an understanding of product positioning
- Experience with life cycle management
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in MS Office products, particularly Excel, PowerBI, and CoPilot
- Self-motivated with desire to win and learn
- Ability to collaborate and build internal relationships with cross-functional teams
- Gather and analyze research and competitive intelligence to drive key strategic plans
