Full Job Description
UTA seeks a Product Manager to support the next wave of innovation across our Filmed Entertainment. In this role, you will help shape and scale platforms that unlock new creative opportunities for leading storytellers in film and television. The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

Product strategy and vision
  • Contribute to evaluating and modernizing current systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting a forward-looking product roadmap for how stories are developed, produced, and delivered
  • Manage the product lifecycle for key products and features-from discovery through launch and iteration-ensuring they deliver clear user and business value
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to support the definition of platforms and tools that enable publishing operations, creative workflows, and global rights management
  • Provide product insights and recommendations that help inform technology decisions, operational priorities, and near- to mid-term planning

Cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners-including agents, executives, operations, and engineering-to gather requirements, understand pain points, and support a client- and creator-centric product approach
  • Support client demos and internal walkthroughs to align on outcomes, gather feedback, and refine product functionality and user experience
  • Work closely with UX/UI partners to translate business needs into clear product flows, requirements, and intuitive experiences

Execution and delivery
  • Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria to support agile development and sprint planning
  • Help manage product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs, using analytics and feedback to inform prioritization and trade-offs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track milestones, manage dependencies, and help ensure releases are delivered on time and with high quality
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, assist with bug triage and enhancements, and support continuous optimization efforts

Team support
  • Represent your products in relevant cross-functional meetings and planning sessions, providing clear updates on priorities and status
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the goals of the Technology teams and the broader UTA business


What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of features or products across the development lifecycle
  • Experience working with data models, APIs, or system integrations, and comfort partnering with engineering on technical considerations
  • Experience with data cleanup or migration initiatives is a plus
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other agile product management tools.
  • Familiarity with agile processes, tools, and best practices
  • Experience or strong interest in the entertainment, media, or adjacent industries, with an understanding of customer and stakeholder needs
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn the systems and tools used in day-to-day operations
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and contribute to initiatives in evolving or fast-growing organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an orientation toward using data and insights to inform decisions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and levels
