Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale data center projects from design to deployment.
• Ability to bridge engineering and business functions effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-driven with a strong initiative and capability to meet complex project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Solution Engineering to secure data center projects and boost revenue.
• Conduct marketing and tech research to inform solution development decisions.
• Lead the development of data center solutions with engineers for optimal performance.
• Engage in pre-sales activities by delivering innovative customer solutions.
• Oversee data center projects from design to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with channel and technology partners to expand revenue opportunities.
• Work with sales and marketing to effectively promote new solutions.
• Provide training on solutions to internal teams, partners, and customers.
