Responsibilities
Own product vision, strategy, development, and execution to optimize the experience for sellers and users. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Collect, organize, and interpret sellers', users', and creators' feedback and requirements to support product roadmap and development. Work with UX designers to create experiences that meet customer needs and expectations. Lead the product development process, including defining user stories, managing sprints, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features. Oversee testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that the product meets performance and reliability standards. Monitor product performance, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions for product optimization. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and regularly report progress to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product development. Mentor junior level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys; Designing A/B tests to run experiments and confirm the potential impact of new product features; Analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, or revenue impact to identify potential product improvements and designing user adoption funnel to detect user journey frictions; Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements; Providing end-to-end enterprise and business-to-business product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, ROI estimate, and revenue generation; and Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $349190 - $396000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
