Full Job Description
Client is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager (PM) for our Digital Channels group. This PM will work with the Customer Success and Product leaders across client to create a roadmap to deliver on strategies to Connect People to Experts and revolutionize speed to benefit using an Agile Methodology. This role is primarily focused on AI conversational voice assistant platform used by all product teams.
The ideal candidates will have proven leadership skills, a strong product management background, the ability to drive change in matrix environments, and experience with innovative customer success technologies. In addition, this candidate should be a creative problem solver with a passion for applying rapid experimentation, using data to drive decisions, have a track record of delivering measurable business impact, and desire to continuously growing yourself and the organization.
Handles many of the oversight duties involved in getting a product from the concept stage to the production stage; work to maximize product by foreseeing customer and market demands.
Typically in charge of ensuring that best practices are followed, goals are met, and projects and related operations are conducted effectively.
Often in charge of coordinating marketing, sales, and other product-implementation strategies to ensure that operations are properly conducted.
Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the development/implementation teams.
Must evaluate the market to find ways to better serve the customers and increase profitability.
Typically have extensive experience and training in various aspects of business and commerce.
Proactive, leadership-oriented, and familiar with the needs of the company and the customer base.
Must have knowledge of technical processes, adherence to marketing guidelines, and familiarity of business strategies.
Must be able to communicate effectively, analyze data from numerous inputs, and provide direction and guidance to their subordinates.
Transform business and market strategies into do-able, defined product plans.

Required Skills :
Develop product roadmap and requirements to expand our voice assistant capabilities to enable omni-channel help systems and drive competitive differentiation
Optimize interconnections between digital services and product experiences to drive speed to benefit, personalization, and access to live experts at strategic points of need
Collaborate and develop strong relationships with a cross-functional team of top engineers, designers, data scientists, data analysts and operations analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions
Create and drive own your KPIs/success metrics
Ruthlessly prioritize and work across teams to drive work in other areas that deliver value for our customers
Define experiences and quickly learn and iterate based on data and customer feedback
Present regularly to the core/leadership teams on project strategy and deliverables
Understand emerging industry and technology trends, and leverage this knowledge to guide the application of technology solutions to improve and transform processes
5+ years designing and delivering world-class conversational AI experiences in a Product Management role
AI, Client, & NLP experience in product offerings/experiences
Deep customer empathy and curiosity
Strong partnership and influence skill - driving prioritization and feature requirement to capabilities teams
Experience partnering with data science, engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to user growth, engagement, and retention
Experience in workforce products, human enabled digital products or 2-sided networks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passion for solving problems (large and small). You bring a customer centric mindset.
