We are a product team focused on improving merchant growth certainty on Shop Ads. Centered on GMVmax, we build scalable products that help merchants identify key issues, discover growth opportunities, and take clear, actionable next steps. Through diagnostics, recommendations, benefits, and creative insights, we drive best-practice adoption ultimately improving GMV performance and long-term revenue growth. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Work with the lead Product Manager to build TikTok shop ads products like diagnosis, benift, recommendation, insight products that help advertisers follow ads best practice and grow their business on Tiktok shop. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like operations, engineering, data science, platform to define goals, develop, test, and launch products - Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline - Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems - Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity - Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027 Preferred Qualifications - Major in statistics, computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred, with technical experience or project work preferred. - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $55.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
