Your Job

As the Product Manager for Interconnect - Input/Output (I/O), you will support the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of rugged, high-reliability connector systems and cable assemblies for mission-critical Aerospace & Defense applications. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify market opportunities, capture customer requirements, and deliver products that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for high-reliability I/O connector systems and cable assemblies.
  • Gather and translate Voice of Customer (VoC), market intelligence, and competitive insights into product requirements and growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through launch in partnership with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Manage assigned product lines throughout the product lifecycle, including product enhancements, pricing, cost management, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Develop business cases, forecasts, and market assessments to support portfolio growth and investment decisions.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand application requirements, validate product concepts, and support strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, and market trends, recommending actions to improve business results.
  • Maintain an understanding of relevant technologies, industry standards, and Aerospace & Defense market requirements while supporting customer presentations, product training and roadmap development.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management, product marketing, business development, or related experience within the electronics industry.
  • Technical understanding of interconnect products, cable assemblies, connectors, or related electronic components.
  • Experience supporting product development, market analysis, or customer engagement activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions and influence decisions in a team environment.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Aerospace, Defense, Space, or other high-reliability markets.
  • Knowledge of connector systems, cable assemblies, fiber optic solutions, or electronic packaging technologies.
  • Experience gathering and translating Voice of Customer insights into product requirements and business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, forecasting, and portfolio management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating product launches.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% as needed for customer engagement, industry events, and product development activities.
