- Enable Digital and Physical Goods: Define requirements for digital delivery, software licensing, entitlement management, documentation access, training content, and support offerings, while also supporting physical goods that require inventory visibility, shipping options, logistics coordination, and post-purchase service.
- Drive Tax, Trade, and Compliance Requirements: Work with finance, tax, legal, security, and compliance teams to capture requirements for sales tax, VAT, invoicing, export controls, import restrictions, restricted-party screening, product classification, data privacy, and auditability.
- Support Customer and Partner Programs: Coordinate beta programs, pilot launches, and partner integrations with commerce platform vendors, payment providers, tax engines, fulfillment providers, logistics partners, and systems integrators.
- Prepare for Launch and Scale: Collaborate with product marketing, sales, customer support, finance, and operations on launch readiness, enablement, communications, reporting, support processes, and ongoing platform adoption.
- Measure and Optimize: Define success metrics for conversion, activation, order accuracy, fulfillment cycle time, entitlement delivery, payment success, support volume, compliance exceptions, and revenue influence; use data to improve the platform continuously.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Build strong working relationships with engineering, IT, security, finance, tax, legal, supply chain, sales operations, customer support, product marketing, and external partners.
