About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Product Manager for OpenAI's Enterprise Identity product efforts. You will lead efforts to deliver critical capabilities such as SSO, SCIM, and identity federation across all OpenAI products, enabling enterprises to securely manage users, data, and access in complex organizational environments.
This role requires close collaboration with engineering, security, GTM, and customer-facing teams to ensure our identity systems meet the needs of organizations ranging from high-growth startups to the world's largest enterprises. Your work will directly enable safe, large-scale enterprise adoption of frontier AI.
This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available.
In this role, you will:- Define the strategy and execute the roadmap for enterprise identity, spanning SSO, SCIM, and advanced admin controls.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to design features that meet diverse enterprise security and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and GTM to evolve the enterprise identity data model for complex organizational hierarchies and administration models.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate enterprise identity across ChatGPT, API, and new product surfaces.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and reliability.
