9s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master
9s preferred).  15 years of engineering experience in instrument transformers, high
9voltage equipment, or related power systems products.  5 years of experience in Managing the Product Engineering function within an Electrical Distribution Products/Systems Design/Manufacturing Company  Strong understanding of CT/VT performance characteristics, magnetic design, insulation systems, and high-voltage testing.  Experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.  Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent) and PLM tools.  Strong knowledge of IEC 61869, IEC 60044, IEEE C57.13, and related standards.  Demonstrated experience with DFM, FMEA, root
9cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.  Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
