Responsibilities

• Own the entire design process, collaborating with engineers and PMs to understand problems and deliver solutions.

• Conduct customer interviews and experiments to gather insights and drive design decisions.
• Prototype designs using tools like Cursor/Claude and iterate in Figma to refine user interactions.
• Create and maintain a design system that enhances efficiency and visual consistency across the team.
• Develop strong opinions on design tools and methods, challenging norms and advocating for improvement.
