How You'll Make an Impact

As a Procurement Manager - Facilities & MRO, you'll be at the center of driving operational excellence across our manufacturing and corporate sites. You'll shape sourcing strategies, build high-value supplier partnerships, and lead initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability across critical Facilities and Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) categories.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to solve complex business challenges, optimize supplier networks, support major site investments, and deliver measurable value through strategic procurement. From ensuring critical services are available when needed to helping manufacturing operations reduce risk and improve performance, your contributions will have a direct and lasting impact on business success, employee experience, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead regional and global category strategies for Facilities Services, Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO), Site Services, and Capital Project support.
  • Develop and execute category plans aligned with business objectives, operational priorities, cost management goals, and procurement strategies.
  • Conduct complex commercial negotiations for facilities management services, maintenance contracts, technical service agreements, and MRO supply partnerships.
  • Identify and deliver value through total cost of ownership initiatives, supplier consolidation, demand planning, inventory optimization, and process improvements.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS), Finance, and Legal teams to meet site and business requirements.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators related to cost savings, supplier performance, service quality, compliance, inventory management, and risk mitigation.
  • Assess and mitigate supplier, operational, safety, contractual, financial, and supply continuity risks through proactive category management.
  • Build strategic supplier relationships and lead governance and performance review processes that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage sourcing events including Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Support business continuity through supplier qualification, contingency planning, and robust risk management practices.
  • Champion sustainability, operational reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, category management, manufacturing, facilities management, or operations.
  • Experience managing Facilities, MRO, Industrial Services, Engineering, Operations, or other indirect spend categories.
  • Demonstrated success leading supplier negotiations, contract management activities, and supplier performance programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing decision-makers across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across regions, cultures, and functional teams within a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital procurement systems.


Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing sites, engineering organizations, industrial operations, or plant environments.
  • Knowledge of MRO supply chains, reliability and maintenance practices, inventory management, or facilities management.
  • Experience negotiating facilities management, industrial services, maintenance, or technical service contracts
  • Experience using SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent.
  • Advanced training in sourcing, supplier relationship management, or commercial negotiations.
  • Spanish bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
