How You'll Make an Impact

As a Maintenance Resource Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, workforce development, and maintenance reliability across our manufacturing operations. In this highly visible leadership position, you will serve as a key partner to maintenance, operations, reliability, and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) teams, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable plant performance. You will lead and develop skilled maintenance professionals, champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and help shape maintenance strategies that enhance asset reliability, productivity, and long-term business success.

In this role, you will:
  • Champion a strong safety culture by actively engaging in Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) programs and promoting compliance and personal safety excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel through performance management, career planning, competency development, and employee engagement activities.
  • Partner with the Maintenance Leader to plan, prioritize, and allocate maintenance resources to meet business, reliability, and operational objectives.
  • Support the execution and continuous improvement of maintenance work processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, support major maintenance opportunities, and improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Contribute to maintenance budgeting, workforce planning, and facility maintenance strategy development.
  • Ensure delivery of maintenance services that support safety, productivity, quality, reliability, and overall plant performance.
  • Serve as the administrative leader for maintenance resources and provide leadership coverage for the Maintenance Leader when required.


Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 7 or more years of maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
  • 3 or more years of leadership experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with performance management, employee development, goal setting, and workforce coaching.
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to lead and support electricians, instrument technicians, mechanical craftspeople, welders, and fabrication teams.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
  • Completion of a formal leadership development program.
  • Experience supporting highly reliable maintenance organizations and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives.
  • Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or other process industry environments.
