- Experience: Demonstrated experience in detailed process design for food and beverage processing lines.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Licenses: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; PE license is a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Travel required for site audits, installations, and customer meetings as per project needs.
- Physical Demands: Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Exposure to variable conditions during site visits.
QualificationsWhat we expect... - Technical Leadership: Lead complex process design efforts, applying advanced engineering concepts to develop process systems for food and beverage applications.
- Project Execution: Execute the full scope of project work, including design, budgeting, implementation, procurement, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of processing systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project goals are aligned and executed successfully.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices to enhance engineering quality and project deliverables.
- Commissioning and Support: Provide support for on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational optimization to ensure system performance meets design specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting: Develop technical documentation, including equipment lists, flow diagrams, and process narratives.
