Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Process Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Assist in collection and analysis of data from various sources to create detailed process maps and diagrams, identifying automation opportunities and enhancing cross-functional process interactions
• Facilitate benchmarking studies by collaborating with stakeholders to compare the client's process performance against industry standards,
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products, synthesizing insights to address inefficiencies and provide detailed analyses of features and costs to guide decision-making
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skill and ExperienceGood exp in Project/Program Management experience in a technology delivery environment.
Prior hands-on software development experience (any modern stack) - genuine technical grounding, not PM theory alone.
Demonstrated domain experience relevant to the industry/program being supported.
Strong Agile/Scrum expertise, with practical experience running sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and release planning.
Working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing) and SRE principles, or direct experience managing projects involving these.
Strong resource management and capacity planning skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong financial acumen - budget planning, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance management.
Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders.
Proven people management experience - mentoring, performance reviews, and team development.
PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent recognized Project/Program Management certification.
Preferred Skill and ExperienceCertified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with Jira Advanced Roadmaps/Plans, Confluence, or similar program-level planning tools.
Exposure to AI-assisted delivery practices (e.g., AI-generated user stories, automated status/sprint reporting).
ITIL Foundation certification, particularly for programs with an Application Management Support (AMS) component.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, financial services) with compliance or validation requirements.
Multi-vendor or subcontractor management experience.
Lean / Six Sigma process improvement certification.
Experience managing globally distributed, onshore-offshore blended delivery teams across time zones.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
